3) What’s the difference between registering
for the conference online and downloading the form from the
website?
If you register online on the conference registration
form, you will be asked to pay with a valid credit card. Confirmation
is instantaneous. If you choose to download the PDF form,
you can follow up with payment via TT / cheque / bank draft.
Your attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received
at the organiser’s end.
4) Can I register online (so that you have my details
and reserve a space for me) but I pay via TT/bank draft?
If you register online on the conference registration

5) Why can’t I use AMEX to pay for my conference
registration?
AMEX is not one of the credit cards approved for use on this
site.
6) How do I know if my online registration is successful?
Upon completing your registration online, you will be shown
a message confirming that your payment has been successful
and that a confirmation note will be sent to you shortly.
You should receive this confirmation email within the day.
If you register with the PDF form that was faxed to you, an
email confirmation would be sent to you within 3 working days.
7) If I sign up now and cannot attend, can you refund
the fees paid?
Fees are not refundable under any circumstances. However,
substitutions will be accepted with notice.
8) Can I change the sessions I registered for?
Yes, however any difference in fees between the sessions originally
registered for and replacement sessions will not be refunded.
Any shortfall in fees must be paid for before attendance is
confirmed.
9) Can you send me an invoice for the registration?
My accounts department needs it to process payment.
You can request for an invoice with your registration form.
However, your attendance at the conference will not be confirmed
until payment is received at the organiser’s end.
10) The conference is just 5 days away. Will there
be enough time for you to send me an invoice? Alternatively
what else can I do? My accounts department will not pay based
on a registration form.
Upon receipt of payment, the organiser will issue you with
a receipt. You may wish to pay with a valid credit card first
and claim reimbursement from your company using this receipt.
11) My accounts dept needs time to process the fees
and it may not reach you by the stated date. What should I
do?
Your attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received
at the organiser’s end. You may wish to pay with a valid
credit card first and claim reimbursement from your company
using the receipt.
12) I just faxed the registration form to you. Can
you send me a confirmation immediately?
The organiser requires approximately 3 working days
to process and acknowledge your registration. To facilitate,
please register early and ensure prompt payment.
13) How do I register myself if I want to speak at
BroadcastAsia International Conference?

14) Where is the exact location of the conference?
The conference will take place at Singapore Expo. Exact details
of where you can pick up your conference kit and where the
various sessions will take place within Singapore Expo will
be reflected in your confirmation email.
15) How far is it from the exhibition?
The conference and exhibition are integrated within the same
halls at Singapore Expo.
16) Do I have to register again for the exhibition
if I have registered for the conference?
Once you have completed and submitted your conference registration
form, you will be sent a confirmation note with instructions
on how to further register to visit the exhibition. Please
do not pre-register online again on the exhibition pre-registration
form.
17) I want to sign up for the exhibition and the
pre-registration for visitors has closed. Can I register now
using the conference registration form?
No. Completing the conference registration form will
register you to attend the conference only, while completing
the exhibition pre-registration form will register you to
visit the exhibition only. The two forms cannot be used interchangeably.
18) I pre-registered online for BroadcastAsia exhibition
and did not get a reply after 14 working days. How can I check
on the status of my online pre-registration?

19) Do I have to pay a fee to visit the exhibition?
No. This exhibition is open to trade visitors only and there
is no charge to visit the exhibition. You may pre-register
for the exhibition online, or bring your business card and
register at Singapore Expo Hall 7 during show days.
