Listed below are the various media opportunities that will be available to you before the start of the event, to garner greater awareness and boost pre-show media publicity of your company's participation at BroadcastAsia2012.
-
Online Media Centre
-
Media interviews with your company's senior executives
-
Advertising opportunities in Official Show Daily published by APB
-
Event supplements in The Business Times and The Straits Times (Digital Life section)
Upload press releases about your showcase/participation at BroadcastAsia2012, and information about your press events held during BroadcastAsia2012 onto our event website.
The online media centre allows the media to learn more about our exhibitors' announcements, product launches and press events. You can upload your press events and press releases starting March 2012.
Send in your list and bio-data of C-Level attendees who will be at the event, and are available for onsite media interviews to es@sesallworld.com. Do note that media interviews are not guaranteed.
A show daily is also produced for BroadcastAsia2012. This will be picked up by visitors on the show days. Newsworthy editorial information may be submitted directly to the editor, Ms. Millette Burgos at millette@editecintl.com.
When you send editorial materials, please state clearly that it is for the BroadcastAsia2012 Show Daily.
To advertise in the Show Daily, please contact Ms Kristy Tan at kristy@editecintl.com.
Special editorial supplements will be planned in The Business Times and The Straits Times - Digital Life in June 2012.
To advertise in them, please email es@sesallworld.com from March 2012 onwards for more information. Do indicate clearly in the subject header "SPH Supplements - BroadcastAsia2012".
MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES DURING THE SHOW
*These media opportunities occur onsite, after the show opens, to leverage on the reporters and journalists that will be attending BroadcastAsia2012. Arrangements for onsite media opportunities can be made by utilising the Media Centre to drop off press kits and media invites.
-
Availing your company's press kits at the media centre
-
Inviting press members to onsite events
Shelves are provided in the Media Centre at BroadcastAsia2012 during the show to hold copies of exhibitors' press kits.
Together with CommunicAsia at Marina Bay Sands, the Media Centres are frequented by over 400 media on average during the show. Reporters look through these shelves and pick up press kits of companies they wish to find out more about.
Due to space constraints, there is a limited number of shelves. Therefore, they are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
To reserve a shelf for your press kits, please email Elaine Sng at es@sesallworld.com. When you arrive at BroadcastAsia2012, please proceed to the Media Centre. You will see an allocated shelf with your company's name for your use.
If you are holding show-related events for the press or networking sessions and would like the press to attend them, you may drop off your invitations at the Media Centre. These will be displayed prominently on notice boards.
