I want to visit the exhibition. How do I register for it?

You may register online from December 2016 onwards. Your registration will be processed and if successful, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 working day. Simply bring a printed copy of your confirmation email and your business / name card to Pre-registered Visitors’ Counters at Suntec Singapore Level 4 during show days to collect your visitor badge.

During Show Days (23 – 25 May 2017) – You can obtain a visitor ticket at the Visitor Registration area at Suntec Singapore, Level 6. Fill out the ticket completely and present it to the Visitor Registration counter together with your business / name card, to obtain your visitor badge.

Is there any entrance fee payable to visit the exhibition?

This exhibition is open to trade visitors only and there is no charge to visit the exhibition. If you are interested to attend the conference, there is a conference fee applicable depending on the sessions that you would like to attend. Please click here for more information on the Conference.

I registered online for the BroadcastAsia2017 exhibition and did not get a reply after 1 working day. How can I check the status of my online pre-registration?

Email to, with the subject: Status of Online Pre-Registration, highlighting the name, company and job title used to register online to facilitate us in checking on the status of your online pre-registration for the exhibition. We will send you a reply within 1 working day.

I would like to be kept updated on BroadcastAsia2017 exhibition. How do I subscribe to be on your mailing list to receive brochures on the exhibition and eNewsletters for free?

How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?

Email to, with the subject: Remove me from BroadcastAsia mailing list, and include your full name (i.e. first name and surname), company, job title, full mailing address, country and email address in your email.

Where can I see the list of BroadcastAsia2017 exhibitors?

You can make use of the Online Show Catalogue which is a user friendly portal that allows customised search functions to generate immediate responses. The portal also showcases exhibitors’ profile, product and services. The Online Show Catalogue will be ready in early March 2017. You can browse the BroadcastAsia2016 Online Show Catalogue in the meantime.

I need to apply for a Visa to enter Singapore for the BroadcastAsia2017 exhibition. I have been told by the Singapore Mission nearest to me that I need to provide a Letter of Introduction from the Organiser. Who do I contact to obtain this Letter of Introduction?

Email to with subject: Request for Letter of Introduction, and provide the following:

  • Full Name (as in passport)
  • Passport / Travel Document Number
  • Nationality
  • Job Title
  • Company
  • Company Address
  • City
  • Country
  • Telephone Number
  • Fax Number
  • Email Address

Please also attach a scanned copy of your business card and passport to your email. We will email you a copy of your Letter of Introduction and send you the original copy by mail if required.

If I have registered for BroadcastAsia2017, do I need to register again to go to CommunicAsia / EnterpriseIT2017?

No, you do not have to register again to enter CommunicAsia / EnterpriseIT2017. Your approved registration for BroadcastAsia2017 will allow you entry into CommunicAsia / EnterpriseIT2017. Likewise, if you have registered for CommunicAsia / EnterpriseIT2017, you do not have to register again to enter BroadcastAsia2017. BroadcastAsia will be held at level 3 – 6, Suntec Singapore while CommunicAsia / EnterpriseIT will be held at Basement 2 – Level 5, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. This is valid only for the exhibitions. To attend the BroadcastAsia2017 International Conference or the CommunicAsia2017 Summit, fees apply.
